This organ had a mouse infestation causing numerous connection problems. After cleaning and reconnecting any chewed wires, all the tibias work fine.
The bass pedals however do not play and the pulse voices (diapason, vox humans, etc) are extremely low.
The bass pedal assembly is a bear to remove but once I did I found that there was a bad transistor and and bad FET in the bass generator and voltage regulation system. I imagine this was the result of mouse activity (urine,etc.) as well.
If mice have gotten into your unit you could have a host of problems. It's not usually very cheap to fix because there are generally numerous issues, similar to when a unit gets struck by lightning. Most of the problems however are usually connectivity related and can be easily fixed.
Unfortunately, they are not so easily found.
